First time trying flying biscuit at the recommendations of locals. Unfortunately, did not appreciate the hype nor the vibe.
I got the Georgia peaches and cream waffle breakfast. It came with eggs (made to order) biscuit, grits, and two chicken sausages.
Fortunately though, the biscuit and the waffle at its base were actually very good. They were soft, fluffy and delicious. Everything else was mediocre at best including the eggs which were lackluster and devoid of salt and pepper, and the chicken sausage felt straight out of the freezer and then microwaved. The grits, however, were actually not bad.
Service was actually prompt and staff were friendly.

Possibly the best Biscuit, besides my grandmother's, that I have ever eaten. The grits were some of the best also. The Waffle was nice and crispy like I like. My entire family enjoyed this place

My first real Southern breakfast and it was fantastic!!! I got the Flying Biscuit Breakfast with eggs, veggie sausage, grits, and a biscuit. I wish I could go back every day!! My favorites were the grits (YUM!) and the biscuit (light as air and super tasty) but everything was delicious. Our waitstaff was charming and kind, super informative and sweet even though it was very early on a Sunday. Highly recommend!!

The french toast breakfast was delicious and good in portion size. Biscuits were good and prices were fair. The rest of the food was alright was not super impressed.

From the beginning our waitress was terrible, she had a bad attitude and act as if we were an inconvenience to her. Our food took over 40 mins to come out and it was mediocre with uncooked French toast. Most people were missing items from their food order. The was food was just not the best, only the omelette was okay. But my French toast was a major disappointment especially since I am a French toast person. The atmosphere was a small chill spot.
